  1. If I did recertification already, would I still need to apply for c of o? In addition, how much would it cost to get my c of o?

    1. You need to rephrase your question because...
      Re-certification is a process of re-certifying and replacing the old C of O with new ones.
      The term and condition on the old C of O is sustained on the new one and the holder of the old C of O will occupy his plot for the remainder of the lease period.
